It is recommended to carry out the assessment as early as possible in the development cycle and revisit it at key stages as the product changes to ensure no changes are required in order to comply with regulations. Any internal and or third party production records relating to checking of quality should be included in the technical file.
Any factory audits whether they have been conducted internally by yourself or by a third party should also be visible within the technical file.
